Shipping Policies




Shipments to mainland Portugal and Peninsular Spain are free when orders are paid for by Credit Card, PayPal or Multibanco.  Shipping to Madeira and the Azores costs 5€.  The shipping costs are €3.





Except for rare exceptions beyond MALDON's control, all orders completed and paid for by Credit Card, PayPal or Multibanco, and shipments for collection will be shipped the same day or the following business day.  If we have any questions regarding the order (delivery address, payment confirmation, out of stock products, etc.), we will contact the customer by phone call.  The order will not be sent until we get an answer.  If we do not get a reply within 3 working days, we will cancel the order and refund the customer.





Orders are delivered within 1 to 3 working days.  Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email, the assigned shipping number and a link so that he can track the order on the carrier's website.  You will also be informed of the expected date of delivery and which carrier will deliver the order.  Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, with the exception of local or national holidays, to the address that the customer indicates when making them.  The customer may receive the order wherever he wishes (except in P.O. Boxes), from Monday to Friday.  An attempt will be made to deliver the order by a courier of the carrier chosen at the address indicated by the customer.  In order to facilitate the delivery process, the recipients may receive an SMS or a call from the courier of the carrier.  Orders registered for collection must be paid in cash and in the exact amount of the collection as couriers may not have change.  If the recipient is not at the place at the time of delivery, a transit notification is left and a new delivery attempt is scheduled for the following working day.  WARNING: It is not possible to choose a specific delivery time, as it will be conditioned by the route set by the carrier to the courier on the day of delivery.  The provision of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may lead to its return to MALDON, giving rise to additional costs for the customer, so we recommend that the customer always make sure that the delivery address indicated when registering the order is actually correct and complete.  Once the order has been processed, it is not possible to change the delivery address or the billing information you provided.










Orders to Madeira or the Azores are sent by CTT.  The customer receives the order within 4 working days.  In case of absence, a notification will be left for the recipient to pick up the order at the post office in his area of residence.  The deadline for picking up the order is 3 working days from the date of attempted delivery.  In order to pick it up, the recipient must submit the notification left by the courier, as well as the identification document.  If the consignee is unable to pick up the order personally, it may be picked up by third parties, provided that the notification is signed in accordance with your identification document and a copy of it is attached.  If the order is not picked up within 3 working days, it will be returned to us.  If the delivery address indicated by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, the courier of CTT will not have a way to leave you a notification, so the order will immediately enter the process of returning to MALDON
